Dick Clark, 82
Dick Clark, 82, of Allegan died Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at his home surrounded by his family.
Dick was born Feb. 10, 1933, in Valley Township, the son of the late Edward and Elsie (Reid) Clark. He was a member of the United Methodist Church and was a veteran of the United States Army serving in Korea.
Dick worked for more than 20 years at Rockwell, 10 years at Hamilton Farm Bureau, and drove trucks for John Schaendorf.
Surviving are his wife Ellie; three children, Deb and Mark Heather, Roger and Diane Clark and Lori and Jim Schipper; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his two sisters, Ethel and Rosie; and seven brothers, Tom, George, Bill, Harry, Roy, Jim and Ed.
Friends may meet with the family on Monday, June 22, from 5 to 8 p.m., at Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, www.gordenfuneral.com, where funeral services will be Tuesday, June 23, at 11 a.m. Pastor Robert Lynch will officiate. Interment will be at Hudson Corners Cemetery.
