Dorothy Ruth Dieter, 91

As Dorothy would say "her sufficiency is quiet suffonsified and any more would be too superfluous to my time here on earth."
Dorothy Ruth Dieter entered eternal life on Wednesday, Nov.18, 2015. Her legacy is carried on by her three children, 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, five surviving siblings and an extended family of relations and friends from every walk of life.
Dorothy could be described as an accomplished traveler and an avid reader. We were blessed to learn many valuable lessons from Dorothy during her 91 years.
Dorothy was born on Dec. 1, 1923, in Chicago, Ill. She met her future husband, John P. Dieter, while visiting injured soldiers at the VA Hospital in Chicago, Ill. They were married Sept. 8, 1945. Together they had many wonderful years raising their children and enjoyed traveling together. Dorothy has visited 56 countries in all.
She was preceded in death by her husband and one sibling. Dorothy is reunited with her husband and favorite travel partner, John P. Dieter.
Service is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 20, at 3 p.m., at The Masters Feet Discipleship Ministry, 814 21st St., Otsego, MI, with reception to follow. Pastor Ray Brown will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Dorothy's life.
