Michael J. Peplaski, 65

Michael J. Peplaski, 65, of Allegan died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2014, at his home. Mike was born Dec. 3, 1948, in Detroit, the son of Joseph and Josephine (Kozlowski) Peplaski.
He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in Vietnam. He worked for more than 15 years at the Allegan County Road Commission.  
He loved to ride motorcycles and was a proud member of Team EDNA. He loved to play and listen to music and enjoyed playing the blues on his harmonica with some of his local musicians.  
Surviving are his two daughters, Julie and Perry Miller and April and Storm Hiscock; two grandchildren, Chelsea and Erika; his two sisters, Nancy and Joe Ferrara and Shirley and Bob Scherzer; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  
He was preceded in death by his brother Jim and sister Barbara.  
A military graveside service will be at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta in the spring.
