OTSEGO—Otsego First Baptist Church, 247 E. Allegan St., will host a Christian Neighbors soup supper Wednesday, Feb. 13, from 5-7 p.m. Donations will be accepted; proceeds will be used by Christian Neighbors to help the needy in the community.
